Kampmann is facing up to the global challenge of focusing on sustainability in its business practices and actions

– and our environmental, economic and social activities have been geared towards this premise. We also want to promote new solutions for sustainable development and continue to develop our business responsibly and with economic success. This includes all our company's activities along the entire supply chain. It is important to continuously improve in view of ever-increasing needs and limited natural resources. Key areas of our activities in terms of sustainability therefore include the close involvement of our employees, enhanced cooperation with our partners along the supply chain as well as the further development of our evaluation, control and communication tools.

Kampmann customers receive high-quality brand products, manufactured and tested in accordance with DIN standards. They are produced in Lingen (Ems), Gräfenhainichen and Łęczyca in Poland using highly qualified personnel, state-of-the-art machinery as well as sustainable and durable materials. We score highly when it comes to our standard production with an outstanding range of products but also in terms of our project business with technically and visually sophisticated tailor-made problem solutions. Since 1996 our quality management system has consistently met the requirements of TÜV certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

Kampmann started a project to integrate an energy management system in August 2013 as part of its energy-efficient corporate policy. This project is based on DIN EN ISO 50001. This globally applicable standard is designed to help companies and organisations to introduce a systematic energy management system. Certification according to this standard is also a prerequisite for partial exemption from the EEG levy that does however not apply to Kampmann GmbH.

Yet Kampmann GmbH does not see the lack of State support as an obstacle, but instead uses the standard guidelines as an opportunity to promote a sustainable energy policy. The voluntary development of an energy management system is a measure to ensure the efficient use of the Lingen site.

With the help of INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH in Cologne we are helping to ensure that used packaging is turned into raw materials.
