Ceiling cassette for heating and cooling
The Fan Coil for ceiling installation ensures a comfortable indoor air quality with lateral air outlets

Maximum comfort
Through four lateral air outlets, the heated or cooled air enters the room along the ceiling and is distributed optimally. This uses the so-called Coanda effect. The result is comfortable indoor air quality without draughts.
Can be combined with a Heat pump
KaCool D AF is suitable for use with a Heat pump or another low-temperature system. The low system temperatures result in high heat pump efficiency.
Model sizes
7 model sizes in 2 different dimensions are available for the unit.
Installation options
The KaCool D AF ceiling cassette is a concealed ceiling unit and fits into square Euro grid ceilings in both standard and large formats.
High-quality panel
The low installation height of the ceiling cassette and the flat design panel are ideal for all rooms with suspended ceilings. The discreet panel is optionally available in ABS in traffic white or as a metal grid panel made of galvanised sheet steel. On request, the colour can be customised.
With primary air supply
The supply of primary air is possible via a pre-punched opening in the casing, to which a round pipe can be connected.
Also, adjacent-room air supply with air discharge in the neighbouring room is possible.
Control options
KaControl MC
With the integrated KaControl MC control, KaCool D AF offers bidirectional communication of up to 10 units within a group/room via CAN bus. With KaControl MC, the unit can be easily integrated into common building management systems such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP and KNX-TP.
Infrared remote control
The function of KaCool D AF can be changed using the buttons on the infrared remote control (including recirculation air, heating, cooling, automatic mode, fan speed setting).

Hybrid concept
Central ventilation – decentralised temperature control: The combination of central ventilation via an air handling unit and decentralised air conditioning with pumped hot water and chilled water enables efficient heating and cooling.
