Perimeter Heating provides responsive room heating and is available for freestanding or wall mounting, uncased, partially cased or fully cased.

Compact design

Thanks to its compact design with low heights and depths as well as its discreet design, the PowerKon + F is ideal for unobtrusive positioning in front of floor-to-ceiling window areas and low sills. Thanks to the low water volumes, the PowerKon + F also ensures efficient heating and precise controllability.

Freestanding

The PowerKon nano is a compact freestanding convector that is ideal for positioning in front of floor-to-ceiling window areas and low sills. Thanks to fan-assisted convection, heat losses are minimal even in front of large glazed areas.

High heat output without pumped hot water

The PowerKon QE with electric heating coil is the ideal solution for rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows where the use of a convector with pumped hot water cannot be realised or is not economical. The high heat output is supported by an energy-saving EC cross-flow fan while maintaining a low sound level.

Wall mounting

Thanks to its one-piece manufactured casing with quick-release fastener, the PowerKon + W can be mounted on the wall particularly quickly. The connections are virtually invisible, as they disappear completely behind the casing.

    PowerKon + F

    A total of 251 performance-graded sizes are available for the PowerKon + F. Depending on the application area – for finished floors, unfinished floors or wall mounting – various bracket versions are available.

    PowerKon + W

    Various versions are available for the PowerKon + W for specific room heating requirements: 4 heights, 4 depths and 14 lengths in each case.

    PowerKon + ST

    Various versions are available for the PowerKon + ST for specific room heating requirements: 3 heights, 3 depths and 8 lengths in each case.

    PowerKon QE

    The freestanding PowerKon QE is available in 3 different sizes . With its slim dimensions, it is particularly suitable for positioning in front of floor-to-ceiling window areas and low sills.

    PowerKon nano

    The PowerKon nano is available in five lengths with one height and depth of 160 mm each. The compact, freestanding convector is ideal for positioning in front of floor-to-ceiling window areas and low sills.

    For static heating requirements

    The PowerKon + F and the PowerKon + W can be used for relatively static heating requirements, for example in corridors, hotel lobbies, conservatories or living rooms. Thanks to pure convection, heat losses are minimal even in front of large glazed areas.

     

    At the same time, the design of the units enables particularly short heat-up times. This means they respond very quickly and are ideal for short heating intervals.

    Technical features

    Air guidance

    Maximum comfort in the room is ensured by the flow-optimised air guidance of the PowerKon nano with air outlet on the facade side.

    Grille fixing

    Thanks to the factory-integrated grille fixing serving as touch protection for the PowerKon QE , the grille can only be removed with a tool.
     

    High operational reliability

    An integrated safety chain in the PowerKon QE consisting of a safety thermostat and thermal fuse ensures safe operation with low surface temperatures. In addition, the PowerKon QE has motor monitoring with integrated fault processing.

    Cover plate

    Thanks to the connection penetrations located underneath, the pipe connections are not visible from the outside. An integrated cover plate additionally conceals the connection and reliably protects it against contamination.

    Robust casing

    The casings of the PowerKon + F, PowerKon + W and PowerKon nano are made of high-quality sheet steel, which is permanently corrosion-resistant. As standard, they are powder-coated in RAL 9016 Traffic White, although on request additional colours are also available.

    For the PowerKon QE , the powder-coated steel casing in DB 703 or a desired RAL colour ensures a modern, elegant appearance. In addition, the units can be combined with the Optiline grilles in anodised aluminium colours, stainless steel or brass, so that design and function are perfectly matched.

    Made-to-measure parapet casings

    Our bespoke parapet casings made of powder-coated sheet steel are designed and manufactured specifically for your project. The casings are suitable for a wide range of applications, including Perimeter Heating, fan convectors, Fan Coils and wall-mounted induction units.
    The sheet steel can be powder-coated in many colours thus enabling a customised design in line with your requirements.

    FineLine grilles

    The FineLine grille was developed specifically for our smallest fan convector, the PowerKon nano , and like the unit casing can be powder-coated in RAL colours as required. It gives the unit a flat, filigree and discreet appearance.

    Low maintenance

    The PowerKon + F and the PowerKon + W are particularly low-maintenance due to their design without rotating parts. Their casing has a highly smooth surface that is easy to clean. Thanks to the easily removable cover, the Perimeter Heating units can be cleaned easily and quickly.
    The PowerKon nano also impresses with a highly smooth surface that enables easy cleaning. The FineLine grille can be removed without tools , and all components can be dismantled. The rotating components are quiet-running and maintenance-free mounted; in addition, integrated motor monitoring with internal fault processing ensures reliable operation.

    Electromechanical control

    This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are wired to terminals at the factory and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.

    Installation

    Delivery of Kampmann products to the construction site is carried out sorted by type and ready for pallets. Everything is packaged and labelled as effectively as possible. Depending on requirements, with item numbers on the units so that they can be assigned to the respective floors and installation location.

    Use the BIM data sets for Perimeter Heating from Kampmann for a smooth process during the planning phase. They include unit dimensions, technical dimensions of the water and electrical connections, as well as performance data.
