World's most versatile ceiling unit
Climate control without compromising on design: KaDius draws room air in through the top of the unit, allowing its outer casing to be finished with virtually any material, décor or lighting element. Whether foil, metal or LED features, the unit can be customised to match the interior design even after installation. For even greater flexibility, all RAL colours are available as a factory-applied powder coating.
Innovative connection technology
KaDius also impresses beneath the surface, Valves, accessories and all other functional components are nearly integrated inside the unit, keeping them out of sight and preserving the clean lines of the ceiling. The result is seamless climate control without visible technical elements disrupting the architectural design.
Various installation options
Thanks to its special unit design, KaDius can be placed close to the ceiling as a ceiling-mounted unit, but it can also be integrated as a free-hanging unit into the room's interior architecture and used as a design element.

Installation made easy
Thanks to its clever design with optional wire-rope fixing, pre-assembled connections and stainless steel corrugated pipes, KaDius can be installed quickly and easily. The lightweight body made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) not only facilitates transport and installation, but also increases the efficiency of the air routing inside the unit.
Integration into the room concept
Especially in combination with ring lights and round lamps as well as round acoustic elements the KaDius integrates into the furnishing of a room like no other air conditioning unit.

Unique Maintenance
The lowering function of the lower unit segment enables convenient access to all components 360° around the unit, without having to dismantle it. This saves time and personnel. The maintenance effort is reduced to a minimum.
Technical highlights
All-round comfortable indoor air quality
- The patent-pending 360° air outlet, in combination with a special air inlet concept, ensures even and comfortable distribution of the warm or cool air, whether the unit is free-hanging or mounted directly under the ceiling.
Heating with water-based heating systems
- The KaDius Fan Coil is suitable for low temperature operation. This can reduce energy demand and contribute to lowering the CO₂ emissions of the overall system.
- The unit can be integrated into all water-based heating systems, including those supplied by local or district heating networks.
Environmentally friendly and lightweight
- Most of KaDius consists of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a foamed plastic made up of 96% air.
- This not only makes the EPP unit more environmentally friendly, but also lighter for transport and installation.
- At the same time, the use of EPP contributes to an improved environmental footprint. Compared with conventionally manufactured products such as ceiling cassettes, the CO₂ footprint can be reduced by around 45%.
Control options
KaControl MC
KaDius offers bidirectional communication of up to 10 units within a group/room via CAN bus with the integrated KaControl MC control. With KaControl MC, the unit can be easily integrated into common building management systems such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP and KNX-TP.
Electromechanical control
This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are factory-wired to a terminal and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.

Life cycle assessment data (EPD)
We assess the environmental impact of our products across their entire life cycle („cradle to cradle“) and publish the results transparently in our Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). These EPDs can be easily integrated into leading building certification systems such as DGNB, BREEAM or LEED and are available in the download section.
